Free shipping, always
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all 27 countries of the European Union. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.
How long it takes
Every case is printed to order for your model by our production partner in Italy.
- Printing: 1–2 business days after you order.
- Delivery: 5–10 business days after it ships, depending on your country.
In total, most orders arrive within 6–12 business days. The product page shows an estimated delivery window for today's orders. These are estimates; carriers can be slower around holidays and peak seasons.
Customs and taxes
Your order is printed and shipped inside the European Union, so there are no customs fees or import taxes to pay on delivery. The price at checkout is the final price.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a day to show the first scan.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
- If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of your order, or tracking has not moved for 7 days, write to us at hello@archivecases.com. We check with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, we send a new one or refund you, as you prefer.
- If it arrives damaged, send us a photo and your order number and we send a replacement at no cost.
- The parcel is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.
Address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, write to us straight away: we can correct it until your order ships. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we will contact you to send it again.
Several items in one order
A phone case and an AirPods case can be printed on different lines and may arrive in separate parcels, a few days apart. Shipping stays free.
